House Crush, house envy, house lust—they all describe one of my all time favorite House Crushes—Camp Boxwoods in Madison, Georgia. This stunning home is the weekend retreat of Dan Belman and Randy Korando, the owners of Boxwoods Gardens & Gifts in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dan always says, “Only Randy can take a 1970s ranch house and turn it into a four-story Victorian farmhouse.” The grounds include lakes, gardens and barns for the menagerie of chickens, Scottish cows, llamas, goats, sheep and lambs. The gardens feature antique ornaments and fountains collected in England and France.
The round front porch that you see when approaching the house is part of an old church as in the majestic horse barn across the lake. If I was a horse, this is where I would want to live!
Veranda featured the barn all decorated for Christmas—click on over for a look inside. I am lucky enough to include Randy and Dan as friends and have enjoyed watching their amazing creativity and talent at work.
Enjoy one of my favorites!

OMG! This place is fantastic but what would I expect from the owners of that darling shop you always tempt us with. I love your house crush posts!!
What a wonderful place! We just moved to Athens, to a new farm. It’s only half an hour from Madison. This place will certainly get onto the list of mandatory places to visit. Thank you for sharing.
I love Madison!
