Savannah has a special place in our lives. My husband is from Savannah, we were married in Savannah and most of Mr. P’s family still lives there … so we visit often. This charming Georgia city offers history, shopping, fresh seafood—I mean really fresh-off-the-boat seafood—delicious cuisine, hospitality and oodles of charm. Here is a glimpse of some downtown historic attractions.

I love Savannah too! My husband grew up on the Isle of Hope – we love getting down to the coast – it is so beautiful!
Great minds think alike—my Mother-in-law lives on Isle of hope.

Oh Lissy the Cathedral of Saint John is stunning. I did not see it when I was there but I must make another visit! The houses are beautiful and would love to see the inside of them. Wonder if they have a Christmas Home Tour? Wouldn’t that be fabu! Thanks for sharing all the wonderful pics!
