Wow—that is all I could manage when I drove up to this stunning New Dawn rose in full bloom at Rusticks home store here in Cashiers. This has been a beautiful Spring in Atlanta and in Cashiers because of all of the rain and the cooler temps, but all of that changed today. I just drove up from 99 degrees in Atlanta to 69 degrees here in Cashiers. Yes, it is the perfect time to come to the mountains. Peek through the New Dawn rose and the rustic locus and laurel arch and see Cashiers Lake in the distance. Come on up and cool off in the mountains!

How gorgeous, Lissy, and I love the “peek” at Cashiers Lake. What a temperature change – heavenly…

Hi Lissy,
We made it to the mountains! So much to discover! Will get to Rusticks soon. I did reach out to Keven Hawkins, thank you for the recommendation!
I have been enjoying this cool weather here in Cashiers for two weeks now. Love it!!! Have the dutch door and the french doors open and the mountain breeze is just blowing through my house! That arbor is beautiful at Rustix. Wish I could pick it up and put it in my yard right here at the lake. Thanks for sharing.
Everyone needs an arbor!

I used to have a new dawn rose that performed beutifully for years. It died of old age sadly. That one is a beauty!
Cindy, I have two growing on an arbor in Atlanta. They never cease to amaze me every Spring!
