Good morning sweet friends! This charming House Crush is situated on a corner lot surrounded by ancient trees and a white picket fence—yes, please! I think it is an Arts & Crafts house with a little Colonial influence. Details like the roof gable, shutters, rafter tails, and large front porch all say Arts & Crafts. I love a blue shutter any day of the week. I am soo stealing this detail in the future. The dark paint, light trim, large porch, and picket fencing is screaming my name. Adirondack chairs fill the porch and invite lazy beach day activities. Even the golf cart has a cute cozy house just to the left of the porch. If they don’t have a guest house they need to build one right now—room for two, please.

Lissy, This reminds me of some of the so charming side street houses in Madison, Georgia!
Darrin, I love all of the old houses in Madison.
