id you ever see a house that stopped you dead in your tracks … well, here’s the house that stopped me. We found this charming cottage on a trip to see an Antler collection today—you never know where Lunch and a conversation will lead. From the Poplar bark siding to the turret, to the breezeway and the Dutch door, charm oozes from every inch of this home. Nestled in the trees by a lake and overlooking a pasture, it’s hidden from the road by an old growth of beautiful rhododendron. The entry is marked with rough stacked stone columns topped with lanterns covered in—Antlers, of course. Did I mention that there is an Antler collection inside … come take a peek.
I am still house crushing on this charming home. Going out to lunch can lead to all kinds of inspiration and distractions. Check back soon for more pictures and collections.
