Finally—’Those’ Bathrooms

Corner guest room in aqua.

‘Those’ bathrooms—you know, the ones that had a mini facelift in the guest rooms. It’s time for a bathroom closeup and renovation. The tile has been delivered, the fixtures are in, lighting is in process, and the vanities are ready. Guess what we are waiting on—two Toto toilets. One bathroom will be gutted and have a new large shower with a seat and glass doors. The other bathroom will just get new handmade tile and fixtures. Both bathrooms have a tiled soffit covered with tile that makes the showers about 6 feet tall—not good for tall people. The aqua tile is for the shower bathroom, and the white tile will be laid in a herringbone pattern in the kids bathroom. When everything is here the work will begin—my contractor promised to finish in two weeks. I will post more when the work begins…I can hardly wait.
