House Crush N° 65—Pink

House Crush 65-Pink
Think pink!

Think Pink! This pretty cottage in Savannah just makes my heart sing. Situated on a large corner lot and surrounded by live oaks and lush gardens this charming home just underwent a total renovation. The historical character of the Pink house was maintained—wish we could get an inside look to see what happened.

I love the symmetry of this house. The double entry stairs and matching side windows are all original features. I love the double awnings over the front stairs—this must be an enclosed porch leading to the front door. Just behind the house you find the most lovely garage. The shutter details from the house continue on the side of the garage. I think I would be tempted to make this garage into a guest house and maybe add a garage on the other side of the house—even more symmetry for this little charmer.

I would make this a guest house—tomorrow!
