Pickle Project!

pickles
My talented friend’s kitchen—xoxo.

This is a story of an overachiever who had a lot of cucumbers. We all have one of those friends in our life who just seem able to do it all…Martha Stewart has nothing on them. Just have a look at the pickle project that took place in her kitchen! Why can 8 jars of pickles when you can jar a bushel. We can all learn a thing or two from these friends. Go ahead—start that Big project and see what happens. Make the pickles, can tomatoes, make applesauce and stock that pantry for your family. We all need need a little comfort food right now. I just heard that pickles are good for hydrating and hangovers on The Daily Pop—how amazing is that. If you do can, jar or pickle anything…remember me on your Christmas list.

  1. I have never seen so many beautiful cucumbers! I love pickles and usually make some and I have not done that this year. I need to get busy! Lol!
