Highlands House Update!

Really big things are happening at the Highlands renovation this week. Bathrooms are getting finishing touches and accessories this week along with glass shower door fittings. Lighting is being installed inside and out. Stone fireplaces are being finished and the fire pit and landscaping are in the works—exciting! The foundation for the new master bedroom and porch are being poured and framing is next on the list. I can’t wait for the new roof line to go up and the new roof to be installed—it’s really ugly right now. I think we may keep the original name of the house, Apple Cottage. We have saved one of the apple trees and surrounded it with stone to protect it from all of the landscaping equipment. Check back soon for updates and decorating to begin.
