House Crush N°63—Isle of Hope

Yes, please!

This House Crush is my personal favorite. It is perfectly situated on a large corner lot and has a commanding view of the inter-costal waterway. It’s also rumored to have served as a hospital during the Civil War…oh, the stories it could tell. It was for sale a few years ago and I tried to talk Mr. P into purchasing it and relocating to Savannah—it didn’t work. The new owners did a fantastic job restoring it to it’s former glory right down to the gravel entry drive, sweeping water view and saving the live oak trees. I love all of the porches and outside entertaining areas…I even spotted party lights strung from the magnificent oaks. Imagine walking to your private dock and enjoying the sunset from this amazing home. Dear homeowner, call me if you decide to sell!

This side porch is simply gorgeous and I love the Old Savannah brick.
