Beach and marsh views available for rent—I wish. This lovely house would be a perfect Summer vacation home. It faces the marsh, but is across the street from the beach. It sits on a large corner lot and has a guest house out back—perfect. The porches on this home would be the perfect locations for early morning coffee or evening cocktails overlooking the marsh or the beach. I think the upper porch is off a bedroom and doesn’t need a screen because it is so far off the ground. The first floor porch is screened in and just off the main living area. I even think there may be a side porch…so sorry, I didn’t get a photo of that one. The colors are light and cooling in the Summer heat of the beach. I could live in the guest house area over the garage with that private courtyard and I think it may have a view of the beach—it’s literally a few feet away. Let’s plan a Summer get-a-way now—keep calm and carry on!
