Breakfast by the Sea or Food Fight…and I Lost!

Sea Island The Cloister, The Lodge
Avocado toast…yes, please!

This is how we do breakfast at my house…ok, not. But when you are on a trip you need substance! What a delicious treat and it came with an ocean view.

My breakfast is usually fruit or a healthy smoothie…healthy, not delicious. This was a real treat for me. I didn’t have it all—but I did taste everything.

Smoked salmon is always a favorite with me and this dish didn’t disappoint. We shared it as an appetizer. The omelet was cooked to perfection and the avocado toast was everyone’s favorite.

We all ordered so much that we needed to take a few things to go for a little snack. I don’t think we even made it home before the guys got into the boxes.  This was hands down the most delicious breakfast I have ever had and the view was spectacular. More healthy eating starts next week!
