House Crush N°50

Down a narrow lane close to the water you come upon this glorious house…wow, just says it all. This sprawling Victorian is newly renovated to perfection. The character of the house was preserved and modern living has been added in spades. Chimneys, tall windows, side entries, new spaces and red tin roofing has created a very welcoming family home. The house sits on a corner lot overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. I think the large side brick chimney must be the new kitchen and family room—I need those windows. I can’t wait until the landscaping and decorating is finished. I would love to be a guest at the next cocktail party—call me! Be sure to look at the ‘before’ pic and let me know what you think.
