10 Charming Gate Ideas

side iron gate
Wow—now this is a gate to remember.

Maybe I should title this post ‘Gate Crush.’ I have a thing for gates. Big gates, small gates, white gates, wooden gates, iron gates—I love them all and try to photograph every one I find. Gates define an entry, provide privacy and add structure to your garden. They can give a glimpse into your private world—or totally block it out. I am looking for a new gate idea for my side garden and can’t quite decide what to do. I am even thinking of using an old door with an iron grill on top as the gate. Have a look at a few creative gates I have found—maybe you can use one of them in your garden. Have a wonderful week!
