Hello Gorgeous! Have you ever just seen a house that literally makes you stop in your tracks? This charmer is one of those houses.
Take a break from the snow and enjoy a closer look at this Savannah townhouse. I have traveled to Savannah a zillion times and have never seen this house on any of my many house-hunting tours. I discovered it down a street we took to cut back to Jones Street—lucky us.
The window boxes drew me in first. Those mini cypress trees reminded me of the ones on Alidad’s mantle in London featured in Veranda—click on over for a look.
The front garden is all boxwood with lush green window boxes under planted with elephant ears, ferns and tiny white flowers—stunning.
The front door is covered by an iron and glass awning and flanked by more boxwood topiary … yes, please. Slow down today, take a different path and have a look around—you might just find a happy surprise around the corner.
