white shutters — This charming shutter hints of things to come.

This wonderful Dutch door welcomes you in.

table for two — Table for two, yes please.

This screened porch high in the trees might be my choice for morning coffee.

cocktail porch and view — This is definitely the place for cocktails.

charming entry — The front entry is a classic charmer.

stone fireplace — I love an evening by the fire.

bar window — The kitchen has this huge window opening to the screened porch—enjoy the cool breezes.

I love these corn plates above the range.

What a wonderful view from the kitchen window.

bunk beds — The kids will love these sleeping bunks—just pack the i-Pads.

tiny bathroom — They even have their own bathroom—such a cute little sink.

Mad Men bar — The bar area is very ‘Mad Men.’

rocket science rail — I love the rocket detail on the stairs—former owner was a rocket scientist.

The master bedroom has an old wood wall and architectural piece headboard.

huge bathtub — This would be my bathtub!

stairs to lower level — Even the stairs have charming details.

downsstairs bar — Downstairs features stone walls a a bar beverage center.

washer and dryer under the stairs — And yes, there is a washer and dryer hidden away.

great views. — The view from here is breath taking, too.

bond bedroom — The first bedroom downstairs is very ‘Bond’ like … wait for it.

glass bathroom — Wow … you can sit in bed and look through the shower to the mountain view.

Bond shower — All you need is James Bond.

mirror view — Even the sink has a view through the mirror.

master bedroom — This room has another gorgeous view.

cut out detail on door — An old beam spans the whole room—notice the cut out for the bathroom door.

sink with glass wall — THIS is your view from the sink—WOW!

Hi, your house is BEAUTIFUL. We are renovating an old ranch style and turning it into a craftsman. I LOVE your dark exterior paint color, would you mind sharing with me the name, brand and sheen. Thank you.

  Syndie, Thank you so very much. The paint is made my Cabot and the color is Burnt Hickory. We used the paint—not the stain. There is actually only one sheen.
