This little surprise of a house stopped my car in its tracks—literally. Oh, how I would love to get inside of this Spanish charmer. The little house sits perfectly in a beautiful garden spot.
The cobblestone and gravel drive crosses over a small stone bridge and creek then winds through a small garden to a large walled and gravel parking pad. The stone wall is topped with boxwood and ivy with stone steps leading to the gorgeous blue-green door.
I love the old tile roof and the small addition to the right of the entry. The cottage seems to sit on a huge lot because it has a pond and a park behind the house—lucky owner!
I think this home has been published before … but no luck finding it. I remember reading that it only has two bedrooms.
Please let me know if you have any information on this little charmer.

I knew a girl who lived thrre 20 plus years ago. Her name was Augusta Duffy. She had an older brother but do not remember his name. Inside is beyond charming –
Jill helmer – floral designer – lives in neighborhood and will probably know more. Would google her and reach out. Good luck!
The house belonged to Louise & Bill Cronin at one time. And it does only have 2 bedrooms. I love it too.
