Friday Flowers

This charming little bouquet was picked up by Mr. P on his way to the mountains. I have added a few more pink roses just to add a little more color. I love the way they brighten this bedroom corner. The tray that I used has moved all over the house looking for a home. It has been in the kitchen used under candles, but was always in the way. Then it moved to the living room, bathroom counter and office—it didn’t fit in anywhere. Then I unpacked these silvered shells and thought of the tray. I placed it on the bedroom corner table along with the bouquet, shells and my new favorite candle—it looked great! If you can’t find a home for something you love don’t give up—you just need the ‘silver shells’ to make it all work.

We have cute new part timers from Savannah who brought us good citrus, esp the lemons
    – Summer and Jim Hitch live on 50th street. Is that close to your source for Savannah citrus?
    a surprise to me.
Is that liriope in your bouquet?
