Let’s just start the story by saying how great it feels to get things done! I remind myself of that fact frequently these days. My hideaway place is in the master bedroom—to escape the noise and renovation mess. It seems my bedroom is the only place not under construction. The framers and trim carpenters start early—as in 7:30 to 8:00 AM early. The gardeners arrive soon after the early birds followed by the painters, floor installers and random whoever or whatever else is scheduled next.
Today I came back from the garden center to find painters at every window in the house, two of the huge glass doors being removed, two openings boarded with plywood, two large Japanese maples being installed and the power off! LOL! I am giving up and escaping by watching Gardener’s World on YouTube.

I am having more fun watching your renovation – looking fabulous! Can’t wait to see the French doors. Happy weekend, Lissy!
LOL, It is very crazy around here now. We also have several refugees from Savannah staying with us right now.
