Highlands Mountains Garden Tour

English Garden in the mountains
Breathtaking English garden tour in the sky on Sagee mountain

WOur tour continues this week with a charming garden designed by the famous English garden designer Rosemary Verey. The original owners flew Verey over from England for this design project. Sadly, Verey never saw her last garden design come to life as it was installed after her death. Verey also designed gardens for the Prince of Wales, Sir Elton John and the New York Botanical Garden.  I wish I could start every morning with coffee in this lovely garden and end every evening walking along its winding grass and gravel paths.

Take a little English garden tour with me through this enchanting and peaceful landscape—maybe next year we will tour The Chelsea Flower Show!

  1. This garden is beautiful! I can see myself strolling through. Love the vines, flowers I think there is some lavender tucked in there also. That stone gazebo and ooh la la! Where is this?

  2. What an amazing garden, Lissy. I would love to be in Highlands and see the gorgeous gardens in person. Can’t get over the kitchen garden and beautiful stone work! Happy Wednesday!
