House Crush N°20

HDid you ever see a house and just know you would love the person who lived there—this was that house for me. Beautiful, charming, friendly and just a classic—as is the owner. I admired this house for years before I knew who lived there. Children sold veggies at a stand in front of the house on Saturdays, dogs ran in the drive … and that low rail fence just drew me in for a closer look.

Nowadays, the owner is a member of my garden club—and she just hosted a meeting in the wonderful garage apartment behind the house. I’ll be crushing on this house for a long time to come!

  1. This was stated in a way that resonates with me deeply. I loved your way of telling a story from the heart from heartfelt admiration for a home and the owner! Wonderfully done.
