Garage Door Dilemma

Garage doors have been on my mind a lot lately. I really would like a new one–mine is solid ugly with two large metal bears nailed in the middle–double ugly! I am posting a few pictures of some that have caught my eye in the last few months. The decision to replace the door now or in phase two will be made soon … depending on the budget, but trust me, the bears will be moving on soon.

So very cute, but so very small–love the yellow and red.
Totally hidden garage door on the right of the driveway. I love this look.
Totally open carport–cute idea with the bark.
I love the idea of windows to let light in the garage. The barn detail on the door is very charming too.
The ‘X’ design on this door has a real welcoming feel.
This little lovely is designed for a golf cart. I love the stone and barn door detail. Yes, there is a balcony above it!

I will keep you posted on the door dilemma–the bears are looking for a new home further up the mountain.
