Ready, Set, Scott’s!

I was off like the wind to Scott Antique Market this weekend in search of ‘the’ perfect chandelier and small cabinet for my new kitchen. We are working on the finishing touches for the room–more in a later post. Here are some of the Lovelies that I found while dashing up and down the isles. Yes, I did say dashing–my cute Husband could not believe the speed at which we were Antiquing!

Terry Lightmas and her beautiful booth of Black Forest wonders.' Pieces from the Past' – 404-274-2991
The most beautiful Black Forest Box i have ever seen–thank you Terry.
Black Forest dog–needs a good home
This charming booth is full of small treasures–love the small books and Bibles.
Old pine doors used as a screen– or to panel a wall or room.
These beautiful shutters would make a Beautiful screen.
You could use these doors as pantry doors or to flank a mirror.
These shutters were made into a Twin headboard by Repurposed Architectural Antiques 251-605-9049
Another headboard from the same dealer–Patina is beautiful.
Love, love this color!

Coffee table made from French fruit crates–Kemp Hickey 404-869-8210
Lamps, lamps and more lamps by Kemp Hickey
How about using these old windows made into mirrors in your Entry or Dining Room.
  • What a great desk or sofa table table.
Great coffee table–SOLD!
Charming chandelier for a Mountain house breakfast room
Wouldn't this mirror look great in your Entry?
I love this French beauty!
This gray chest would look great in almost any room.
How would these Lovelies look in your breakfast room–or maybe mine!
I just had to include this display of Majolica.

I am always so inspired by the creativity of the dealers at Scott’s and leave with ideas spinning around in my head. The next market is the second weekend in February–I hope to see you there.

XOXO, Lissy

  1. Love the coffee tables! The headboards have inspired me to ditch the one that I have now and repurpose some vintage closet doors…
