Spring in Atlanta

cleveland;s houses
Cedar Shakes and stones—perfect.

Cedar shakes, stone walls, boxwoods and entry gardens are a few of my favorite things and these houses have it all. It’s Friday and here are a few garden photos of Atlanta gardens sent to me by a friend—thanks Cleveland! Inspiration is found in all of these gardens. I love this entry with the circular cobblestone path edged in boxwood and holly. The simple green and white color scheme is calming and cooling in the hot Atlanta summers. More green and white lead you to the charming porch in the second photo—yes, please. The last photos are of my old garden in Atlanta designed and implemented by Cleveland from Boxwoods. I hope this gave you a few ideas for your own garden space—enjoy the weather and Get Gardening!

Welcome to this lovely, inviting home.
iron entry gate with boxwood ans brick
Love this side entry gate surrounded by boxwood.
Stone steps to the upper patio and the roses, hydrangea and boxwood.
Great place for cool Summer evenings–who am I kidding—but smoke keeps the bugs away in Atlanta!
